Alcatraz Triathlon Race Prep Clinic
with Cycling Expert
Coach Phil Casanta
"I wanted to thank you for first for the bike fit and second for the
Alcatraz clinic.
I had my best race at Alcatraz and appreciate your coaching -
it truly made a difference"
John, San Francisco
The Escape from
Alcatraz
race is almost here and Hypercat Racing presents one of its most popular
clinics of the year. During this
3-3 hour clinic we will ride the entire Alcatraz
bike course. Stopping at key points along the way to practice the more
difficult and technical sections of this demanding, yet beautiful course.
Participants will be shown techniques and skills to aid in completing
this challenging course with more confidence and control. In addition to a course map with step-by-step notes on how to race the
course each participant will be given strategy tips and hints throughout the
clinic session. |
The Program:
Starting
at the Marina Green the clinic will begin with 15 minutes of course discussion
and packet handouts.
We will then
spend 2 hours riding and practicing on the actual course, stopping at key
points to repeat, practice and discuss sections of the course.
A final 15-minute question and answer period will be provided upon return
to the Marina Green.
