| Addition Options.
If you are a San Francisco Triathlon Club member who
is planning on training for an Ironman in summer of '07, we are customizing
programs
for additional ironman athlete groups. These plans will synch with the SFTC
IronStrudel group
training as long as prudent with regards to your Ironman race date. Later
Ironman events
will deviate from the SF Tri IronStrudel group as appropriate. This option
allows you
to train with club members for much of the Ironman preparations,
but still retain a training structure that makes sense for you.
Ironman Canada, Kentucky or Korea add on - $65 plus SFTC "IronStrudel" program
cost ($280) -$345
