San Francisco Triathlon Club Track Program    

The San Francisco Triathlon Club is a multisport club that boasts a membership of 300 athletes 
and counting. The SF Tri Club welcomes athletes of all abilities, from newbie to experienced elite.
Membership has a full range of benefits including a myriad of training group training options, 
regular club sponsored clinics on topics pertaining to multisport training and racing, sponsor discounts 
and coached training via the club's swim, spin and track programs.  
The SF Tri Club programs also help support regular donations to the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy. 

For 2007, Hypercat Racing's Coach Rachel Sears will again provide expert coaching instruction and training framework 
for the SF Tri Club's Track Program.

Track workouts are open to all.

Tuesdays, 6:30 check-in, warm up at 6:45 pm  
           The 2007 season is now complete.
           Stay tuned for the 2008 start date!

Please support the club and attend track practice to obtain workout specifics and pacing.
