What
to bring: Bicycle, cycling
clothes, cycling shoes, helmet (mandatory) note:
if you do not bring a helmet you will not be allowed to ride, sunglasses,
sunscreen, jacket or windbreaker, warm clothes (just in case),gel/energy
food, spare
tube, pump, tire levers, gloves and hydration drink.
Note:
a water bottle, water, and gPush will be provided.
Where
to meet: We will be meeting at the
race site transition area. Enter
through the gates and make first right (California Avenue). Transition
Area is the large parking lot on the right just past
C Avenue. Look for red convertible...license
plate 'trirat.'
What
is provided: You will receive a goodie
bag with samples of Gpush, a Water bottle, Transition Sports Coupons, and a
clinic folder containing: Handouts, technique and skill sheets, map of course
and cycling course turn by turn notes.
