4/11/05 - Updated Cycling Skill Clinic Schedule is posted under clinics.

4/2/05 -Kennedy takes on Ironman Australia
Good luck to long time Hypercat, Kevin Kennedy, as he takes on the field at
Ironman Australia in Forster this Sunday. Kennedy's race marks his 14th Ironman, a distance made up of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26.2 mile run.
Kevin's personal best is 9:25. He is coached by Coach Phil Casanta. Go Kevin!

4/1/05 - Escape from Alcatraz Bike Course Clinic
Don't be left behind! Learn the secrets of a safe and fast bike on the Escape from Alcatraz course.  Whether you are a first timer, or an experienced Escapee, you will learn how to best approach the course from a technical perspective.

4/1/05 - Duathlons Galore this weekend.
Good luck to Sam Roehrig as she tackles her second duathlon, the Fast & Furious Duathlon in Texas, this weekend. Sam finished fourth in her age group at the Texas Motorsport Speedway F-1 Duathlon on March 13th. Sam's tenacity makes her a fierce competitor. We can't wait to see Sam in action this weekend. Go Sam!

Dov Sharon will be taking on his very first duathlon, the Granite Bay Duathlon.
A little over a month removed from the Napa Valley Marathon (and a 3:22 PR), Dov will be trying out the run-bike-run format. No doubt Dov's speedy legs will serve him well.

3/30/05 - Rachel selected for ITU Long Course Triathlon World Championship Team. Coach Rachel has been chosen to represent the USA on the four person professional squad that will compete in Fredericia, Denmark on August 7th, 2005. The long course distance is a 4k swim, 120k bike and 30k run.
This represents Rachel's fourth trip as a member of Team USA at the world championships, but her first as a professional on the triathlon squad.
As an amateur, Rachel finished 8th at the Duathlon worlds in Calais, France in 2000, 3rd at the ITU Long Course Duathlon Worlds in Venray, Holland in 2001
and 1st place at the ITU Short Course World Championships in Rimini, Italy in 2001.

3/28/05 - Welcome Aboard Mary Beth Kohne!
Hypercat Racing is proud to welcome our new athlete client, Mary Beth.
A trail runner and avid cyclist, Mary Beth is a mother of two with a full schedule.
Preparing for her second season of triathlons, Mary Beth is currently training
for the Auburn International Half-Ironman triathlon on May 22nd, 2005.
Mary Beth will be guided by Coach Rachel Sears.

3/22/05 - Cycling Clinics - Registration Open.
Hypercat Racing Cycling skill clinics, Cornering Level I and Cornering Level II

3/21/05 - Ralph's California Half-Ironman.
Congratulations to Tilden Moschetti and Mark Reinstra on their
performances at the 2005 Ralph's California Half-Ironman in Oceanside, CA.
Both Tilden and Mark are lawyers with demanding professional, family and social lives. Their finishes reflect hard work, dedication and the fine art of balance in life.

3/7/05 - Dov sets Marathon PR in Wine Country.
Dov Sharon demonstrated that hard work pays off at the Napa Valley Marathon
on Sunday, March 6th. Dov bettered his previous marathon personal best
of 3:38 by over 15 minutes. Dov finished in 3:22 and finished in the top 25 of the men 30-34 age group. Way to go, Dov!  After a few weeks of rest and recovery, Dov will continue his preparations for the upcoming triathlon season.
Dov is coached by Rachel Sears.

Samantha is a native of Frisco, Texas and is preparing for a season full of duathlons and triathlons.

Dan looks forward to preparing for the Californiaman Ironman as well
as the Auburn International Triathlon while running his San Francisco based business, "Scootcar."

Welcome aboard Jay Ballard.
Jay is a legal man, practicing law in the great state of Tennessee.
