Bobbie LaPorte 
sets 10k PR at Pacific Sun 10K!

Under sunny skies and pleasant conditions, athletes gathered for another race on the Pacific Association Grand Prix road race event, the Pacific Sun 10k.

The Pacific Sun 10k course is a flat course that meanders through a residential area, includes several foot bridges and twists and turns along various bike paths before ending with a 3/4 lap around the track. 

Hypercat athlete, Bobbie LaPorte gained some more racing experience and clocked a PR for the distance in 56:15 good for 10th in the 50-54 age group.  Great job Bobbie!

Bobbie's next event is the Tri for Fun triathlon on June 16th.
